Sanjay has over 20 years of experience working with Oracle technology, highlighted by extensive experience as a Data Solutions Architect. Prior to founding Zione Solutions, he has worked with Oracle Technology across multiple industries as an Oracle Technical Director. He has extensive experience in the architectural design, planning and implementation of Oracle Real Applications Clusters (RAC), Golden Gate and Data Guard. He was responsible for the entire suite of Oracle products as it pertained to the installation, setup, configuration, upgrades, patching, and maintenance. He supported the entire application stack for Siebel, PeopleSoft, Data Warehouse and SAP Business Intelligence. He is adept at facilitating sessions gathering business requirements, developing and delivering solutions compliant to the mandatory industry security standards (Sarbanes–Oxley, ITAR etc.) He delivers projects on time well within the budgets. He has demonstrated technical leadership expertise in managing “Zero Escalation”, "Delivery Excellence”, “Automation”, “Service Level Agreement” (SLA), “Business Strategy Planning”, “Visionary”, “Product Road-Map” and "Multi-Generation Plan". He has led several seamless deployment initiatives for infrastructure projects delivering end-to-end solutions from conceptualization to implementation to Go-Live. He also has extensive experience architecting “High Availability” (HA) and “Maximum Availability Architecture” (MAA), and robust “Business Continuity" and "Disaster Recovery” solutions for enterprise critical applications.
